Estimated Delivery Times:

• Tamil Nadu – Approximately 3 business days
• Other Indian States – Approximately 5 business days

Shipping Charges:

• Chennai – ₹40
• Tamil Nadu (Outside Chennai) – ₹50
• Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh – ₹80

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, Suji Foods does not accept returns.

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect ordering by the customer
• Taste preferences
• Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners

If you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• An incorrect product

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the package and product

After verification, the replacement or exchange will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and payment has been successfully processed.
